- Subscription status and plan details

4. AI and Third-Party Services
4.1 AI Content Processing
FluffFilter uses artificial intelligence services to analyze your content and provide quality feedback. Your submitted content is processed through OpenRouter, a unified API gateway that routes requests to AI model providers including Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude).
4.2 Data Training and Privacy Protections
Your content is NOT used to train AI models. We have configured our OpenRouter account with the following privacy protections:
- No Data Training: We exclusively use AI model providers that do not train on user data
- Zero Data Retention (ZDR): AI providers do not store your content after processing is complete
- Privacy-First Routing: OpenRouter only routes requests to providers that comply with our strict no-training policy
These settings are enforced at the account level for all content analysis requests. Your documents, text, and URLs are processed solely to generate your analysis results and are not retained by the AI providers or used for any other purpose.
4.3 Other Third-Party Services
We also use the following third-party services:
- OpenRouter: AI API gateway for content analysis (with Zero Data Retention and no-training policies enabled)
- Google (Gemini 2.5 Flash): Content type classification (via OpenRouter with no-training policy)
- Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5): Content quality evaluation (via OpenRouter with no-training policy)
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
4.4 Content Sensitivity
While we have implemented strong privacy protections, you should still exercise caution when submitting highly sensitive or confidential information. We recommend not submitting content containing trade secrets, personal health information, financial records, or other information subject to strict confidentiality requirements.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., AI processing, payment processing, hosting)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Fae Software Limited, our users, or others
